The Grinding Head on this grinder is a Size  #8.  The 4 parts of this Grinding Head  (shown in the 1st photo above) are manufactured out of 100%  Polished Cast Aluminum (NOT Coated).
These Grinding Head Parts SHOULD NOT be washed  in the Dishwasher
, but should be washed with a mild detergent (like Dawn Liquid) and hot water, towel dried and stored in a dry place.
The Turboforce Cadet also comes with 3 Tempered/Hardened Steel Grinding Plates and also a Special Sausage Stuffing Plate that is used Only when you Stuff Sausage (shown in the 2nd photo above).

This grinder also comes with 3 Each Stainless Steel Cutting  Blades (shown in the 3rd photo above). These Cutting Blades are the latest "Quad Beveled" designed for increased performance and durability. The Quad Bevel design produces a strong, leading edge for maximum efficiency during tough grinds.  Although these Cutting Blades are manufactured from Stainless Steel, they can be washed in the Dishwasher, but it is easier to wash them along with the Grinding Head and Grinding Plates withe the Liquid Detergent and Hot Water and then Towel Dried and Stored in a Dry Place.
A Set of 3 Sizes of Sausage Stuffing Tubes along with the Adapter are also included with this grinder (shown  in the 1st photo above).  The Diameter of the Sausage Stuffing Tubes are 3/4 Inch, 5/8 Inch and 1/2 Inch.
A Kubbe (also know as Kibbeh) Attachment that comes with this grinder (shown in the 2nd photo above).  For those of you who are not familiar with Kubbes, they are Traditional Middle Eastern Dish comprised of a cylinder-like shell made from meat which lamb and bulghar wheat.  The center is then stuffed with a spiced minced lamb filling and the ends are sealed to form the Kubbe which is then Deep-Fried.
The Turboforce Cadet, like all of our STX Line of Meat Grinders, comes with a Food Pusher (shown in the 3rd photo above) that is specifically designed each of our grinders. The Working Length of these Food Pushers is such that Maximum food presentation to the Auger occurs without damaging the Food Pusher and contaminating the meat. Do not use kitchen utensils for this purpose.
